Vasundhra – Centre Director
Vasundhra is a legal professional and Ex Member of Child Welfare Committee, South East Delhi. She co-founded the Centre of Excellence in Alternative Care in December 2015 with the aim to translate policies into practices in alternative care for children, because she could evidently witness the gaps between policies and practices of child care and the challenges that arise due to them. She has travelled to different countries to gain knowledge of foster care system. Vasundhra is a Board Member of International Foster Care Organisation (IFCO) and has 15 years of experience in dealing with care, protection and rehabilitation of children. She holds a Masters degree in Law and is pursuing Ph.D in Law from Northcap University, India.

He is an Associate member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2004. He has more than 10 years of diverse experience in the areas of Finance & Accounts, Budgeting & MIS, Auditing & Taxation, Fund Management and Team Management. He demonstrated business acumen in leading and managing the finance and accounts operations. Has expertise in improving operations, enhancing business growth & maximising profits through achievements in finance management, internal controls & productivity improvements. He possess significant leadership experience resulting in better financial performance.
Ian Anand Forber Pratt – Program Director
Ian Anand Forber Prat is a National Programme Director( India of Children’s Emergency Relief International on deputation to Centre of Excellence in Alternative Care . He is an adult adoptee, born in Kolkatta, India and raised in United States of America. He received his Masters in Social Work (MSW) from Washington University, Brown School of Social Work. He is passionate to work the the well being of children specially foster care.
She is a MSW student from Indira Gandhi National Open University and hold good knowledge of schemes of states for women and children. She is a good learner and has passion to work for children. She takes free tution classes in her locality to students who are weak in studies to improve their grades.
