Ms. Stuti Kacker former Secretary, Disability Affairs, Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, has taken over the charge of NCPCR as Chairperson in September 2015.Child protection and development being a major area with possibilities for corporate engagement, CSR VISION took the opportunity to interview her and share her vision with the readers.
Stuti Narain Kacker, a 1978 batch IAS officer, was appointed the Head of the child rights panel by Women and Child Development Ministry. Kacker retired as Secretary from Disability Affairs, in the Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. She was heading the management committee of the Central Adoption Resource Authority (CARA).
